Alan and Betty hosted a BBQ for the group in his garden - They couldn't have picked a better day!

Most people met up in the car park in Billericay and drove in convoy to Alan's.

There was good turn out of Member's TRs and a sprinkling of other interesting cars. Unfortunately yours truly had to arrive in his 'day car' - the TR4 is still unwell!
|
|
Family and friends had put in a lot off effort to prepare for the day and some members brought along contributions for dessert.
|
|
People brought along chairs or found themselves a place in the shade to relax or have a chat with old friends ...
|
|
..and gradually worked their way through the burgers, sausages, kebabs,jacket potatoes and other delights
|

Oh its a tough life, but someone's got to do it!!!

And finally, Andy presents a bunch of flowers to Betty as a token of appreciation from the group for a great afternoon.
