We are classic car enthusiasts with a passion for any Triumph TR whether it's an early TR2, one of the final TR8s, or anything in between! The website contains information about all the TR models and about what our club does to support and encourage ownership, enjoy the cars, and have some fun. We hope you find the information helpful.

Most of our members own and drive a TR; some have owned their car for many years and some have just bought one to realise a schoolboy dream. We have members who like to restore them, members who just like to drive them, members who like to repair and maintain them, members who just like to polish them, and members who just love to talk about them! There's a wealth of knowledge about all of the cars that people are happy to share. You don't have to own a TR to be a member, so if you are interested in TRs and maybe thinking of buying one, a good way to start would be to join us. We'll be able to give you advice and help you find a car that's right for you. As well as tapping into the experience and expertise of other members, you will also receive our magazine, Essex Group News, containing articles about the events we have attended, useful technical articles for the TR owner and a few more light hearted items.
